Day by Day is a research study designed to help women with cancer manage uncertainty, so you can feel calmer and more resilient at any moment. This program offers on-the-go skills to break the “worry cycle.” Day by Day helps you make thoughtful choices so you can live your best life.
A new way to meet fear and stress - one day at a time
This is a 6-week research program designed to help you manage anxious thoughts with practical coping skills, brief relaxation, and mindfulness exercises you can use in real life. Your participation will help shape care delivery for future patients.
Skills for Life
Learn simple techniques to notice, challenge, and reframe unhelpful worry patterns. Also includes short relaxation and mindfulness exercises you can repeat anytime you need relief.
Eligibility Criteria
Women with Stage III or IV Breast or Gynecological Cancer, diagnosed at least 3 months ago.
